RESERVATION:
- Your choice of DATE / CABIN TYPE / Full name & IC Number of all guest
- You may provide 2nd & 3rd option as next choice IF the first choice didn't get through
- Deposit paid is NOT refundable once your booking has been done as per request
- Full payment required at the same day as booking done (except departure date with more than 100 days)
- Booking confirmation will be provided once full payment made
CANCELLATION ARRAGEMENT:
- Guest entitle full refund for deposit paid if requested DATE / CABIN TYPE is not available at the time of system open (order not fulfilling)
- Refund will be process in 3 working days if order not confirm after system open.
- Full cancellation charge applicable once reservation done as per request.
Reservation System will be open on 3rd Dec.
